🐠 store is irritating

Not totally sure if I like the store in Morton Grove as much. Went there to get a common clown fish and a couple hermit crabs and they are sold out of the common clowns and likely be 2 weeks before they have any for sale because they have to be quarantined first. Soon the weather will not be cooperative for transporting them. Why do I have this feeling there will not be a fish in this tank until spring, and then of course you get the store staff and others saying that should not be a problem, you’ll build up more stability that way….

Winter transport is not an issue. The winter months are the busiest for fish and coral sales. Even overnight shipping is safe in the winter

Still its likely a minimum of 2 weeks.

Went to the Petco kinda close to me since they showed common clownfish as well as snail in stock as I do not have any snail…. And of course they were out of stock on not only the clowns but snails too. Only got some treats for my …. WT……

This. It will happen when it’s meant to happen. Nothing good happens fast in this hobby. I know it’s frustrating but, in the long run, things work out.
