Progress report...

Old tank gone, space cleaned and ready for the new setup

The mess that is the old tank, equipment, etc... basically, the aftermath of the tear down

Tank and stand in place

Sand and rock in place

Tank full, mp10 and HOB aquaclear running to help clear the water, heater in to get tank up to temp

Tank pretty well clear... gotta redo the rock work. I know what I want, just gotta find a way to make it look half way decent.

For tonight:
Rescape the tank... thinking about water flow/dead spots and coral placement. Pick up a couple of floating glass thermometers (for the temp holding tanks I'm using). Test plumbing/sump (right now only the display is full), get the entire system running and up to temperature.

Still getting things dialed in, but at 10 days things are going pretty well... I'll try to get some pics tonight.

I used my water change drain for the first time... HOLY CRAP is that thing ridiculously convenient. So happy I added it!
