did you change your tittle?
I though I read:
"1 gig 1 mert 1 mag"
That was why I commented that your Haddoni must be chop liver. Maybe I misread the tittle.

No I didn't change the title. The haddoni is kinda the chop liver of the group for me though. Not because I like it the least, but because it has a very annoying habit of uprooting rocks. Luckily it seems to have settled in for the time being and hasn't moved in quite some time.
 
Wow. That's quite a collection. Which anemone do the clowns like most? Looks like you still have space on the lower right for a green gig......I might be to scared to add anything if that was my collection though.
 
Yes, very nice indeed. I don't think I've ever even seen a mert for sale. Tank looks strangely devoid of fish though :lol:

It is devoid indeed. We moved earlier this year, and the stress caused an ich outbreak that killed a lot of my favorite fish. I'm giving it some down time before I begin to repopulate.,

The dominant pair sleep in the mag but spend most of the day in the gig. The 3 subordinates go from the mert to the gig.
 
Congratulations. What a beautiful setup and collection of anemones. It's always hard to decide which kind of anemone to get. It's nice to see that it's possible to pretty much have them all!
How large is your tank? Do you run carbon? In general has it been difficult getting them to play nice together?
 
I agree with the above post by morganind. It was/is my opinion that chemical warfare between anemones/anemone species are hogwash. It the easy way to explain anemone death when we are unable to keep them healthy.
Toxin are to energy intensive to produce for anemone to produce it then just dump it our to the environment. If any toxin that pump out, it will have the most effect on the anemone that put it out due to closest in proximity.
 
Which one is the large purple one? I assume the green is the haddoni? And the skunks are in the gig?

Is that right?
