1 month check up

Okay well as some of you may know, I've had my 75g for about a month set up and running now. I have two damsels, one cleaner shrimp, two peppermint shrimp, 2 small mex turbo snails, an done large mex turbo, and one percula clown. 10 lbs of live rock, and about 60 lbs of LR and crushed coral. All my LR has NICE amounts of coraline algae on it, everything is purple or neon magenta. It's really becoming beautiful. On some of my rocks I have these little pods growing on them, and also some other strange things to hard to explain, anybody know a good website I can ID growths on? Second question, on my substrate and skimmer I am developing a rust color... stuff.. I dont know if its algae or what, but its rust colored, and is spreading like wildfire. Its almost covering my LS, not on the glass or anything, but it is on my skimmer and heater.. Any ideas? if so, is it bad good? Or what?

thats a nice site but not much on algae or anything, they had red algae on there, but not what it looks like in my tank, mine looks like everything is rusted. I guess just give yall an update i took plenty of pics, i love pictures =P

Well, that's what mine looked like several weeks back as it was cycling...looks like a diatom outbreak? I'm no expert, but that's not much filtration for that volume of water...

I just got back from LFS and got a watchman goby and a HUGE emerald crab, probably about 4 1/2 inches from leg to leg.. Hes beautiful.. Still no clues to what the growing stuff may be?
