1 out 40 RTN'd

[Triggerfish]

got a bunch of frags about a month ago 40 or so all visually doing fine.
yesterday one blue tenuis frag rtn'd in one day. this frag was on the rack with everything else.
so out of everthing wonder what may have caused that particular coral frag to have an issue?

Hard to say, but may have had an underlying issue. Frags are temperamental until they get some growth behind (under lol) them.
