10 days poll - Waste from RO Filter - Do you ...

I'm running 10 days poll to find out the % of people making use of the waste water out of RODI filter.

I make water on my lanai and put the drain hose in the pool. I live in SW Florida and lose a lot of pool water to evaporation. I'll also put the hose in a watering can and water the flowers around the house.

I run the waste tube to top off my 55 freshwater planted tank. The rest goes into a trash can and we use what's in there to water inside/outdoor plants.

I don't have plants to water and I don't drink tap water so I don't really have a use for it.

I have 3 55gal Brute trashcans on a shelf in the back yard. All waste water goes inside. I use it to water the grass and flowers near by

And if it's a frontloader, just use a bucket. Or use the water in the garden, for watering plants, etc. It'll be heavy in phosphate, but that's what plants like.

I really should, been getting lazy. We used to use it for my Lake Africans. They like hard water.

My RO/DI waste water in the laundry room goes into the washer and the RO/DI outside in the shed goes into the pool.
