10 dkh?

I would say its a touch too high. When I let it get that high it can sometimes be the beginning of trouble. 9 is my magic number just don't let your corals starve.
 
Best thing to do is to examine your reef daily. Of course, you should always strive to keep things stable within the recommended ranges (the article above is great for looking those up). If you notice your corals doing especially well, test the big three and take note. That'll usually be your sweet spot.

Mine is around 8.6 - 8.9 dKH for alkalinity.
 
I don't know much Blut biopellets but it's strippng the water just the same as the others. I would read what it says in the packaging.

Anything from 8 to 12 KH is fine for instance Red Sea coral pro salt is 12.2 to 12.7 depending on the salinity and is recommended for growing lps and sps ,I run mine at 11.2 with a variety of corals and works for me
