Is it possible to have a skunk cleaner shrimp 2 clownfish and an anemone in a 10 gallon? If the anemone will be a problem will the shrimp and clownfish be ok?

If you have the lighting for the anemone and enough filtration or do weekly 2-3 gallon water then there should be no problem. Go with smaller specimens that way they'll get used to the space.
I have 4 fish, rbta, 3 sexy shrimp and some corals but I do have a penguin 200b filter (recommended for 30 gal tanks) and a nano agua c remora skimmer.

clearner shrimp dont relly count on the bioload umm i would go with 1 clown u m8t be abel to stick a pair in it anemone i wouldnt recomend it till the tank is mature enoth cuse any spike will kill it

what sort of anemone will do best i was thinking a bta or rbta?

Do yourself a favor and do not stick a anemone in a 10 gallon. 99% of well experienced reefers will tell you not to.
First, they will outgrow a 10 gallon tank. By sitcking a organism that has the potential to outgrow its home is just mean.
Second, they wander. They will wander all around your tank and if you plan on having corals, it will probably kill them.
Third, you must prestine water conditions. A lot of reefers recommend the tank to be set up a good 4-6 months before an anemone is put into the tank. Something very simple can cause anemones to react in a bad way and potentially die.
Just do the anemone AND yourself a favor and just don't do it. If you really want one, upgrade to like a 24 gallon nano cube or something.

I agree on most that was posted....but it'll outgrow a 24 gallon also....wouldn't it? Doesn't everything SUPPOSEDLY need "pristine water conditions". From my experience and many others...is it possible, yes very possible to keep an anemone in a 10 gallon tank. Only hard thing is when you do water changes, it's a small tank and parameters can change pretty quickly so you have to pay attention to that.
They will also wander if they do not find a good spot for them. I personally have never had that problem. I've placed my rbta's where I wanted them and they've always stayed put. Best spot has to be a crevice or whole where their base will not be exposed and get enough lighting. PC's place them high...MH's place them mid to low.

It is possible, but not long term. Why give something a home for an amount of time just to please your needs. I can say everything in my past tanks have been able to live in that size tank with its tankmates for its whole life, with care.
I haven't really heard anything from lionfish, but if you really want one, just pick a bigger tank.
Some people need to leave things in the hobby to people who can provide better conditions for them.

who cares. If you want one in the tank. Put one there. It's your money. I actually see no problem in putting something in a tank that "may" outgrow it. As long as you have a backup plan for when it does decide to. Other then that, its a hobby YOU chose and if you want it in there, put it there.

gimme a break. I said he could buy one if he wants one. Don't give me that crap. If he wants one, buy it. It's his money. I said, as long as he has a backup plan for if/when it outgrows the tank, then fine. Get it. I have a neighbor down the street that works for terminix, is that bad too?

You basically stated to "do what YOU want." It is very bad advice. Consdiering he is new to the boad which potentially means he is new to the hobby, giving him advice like that creates issues.
Maybe a more appropriate way would be "Do what you want, but remember that it will most likely outgrow the tank-if it lives that long- so you will need a bigger tank soon enough." Even with that, I do not support it, but it is much better than saying "Who cares, do what you want. It's your money."

hey, G13, when you gonna let me see your tank? since you live right behind me. ahaha
You'll be fine with 2 clowns and a cleaner shrimp. The clowns will have a pretty high bioload so as has already been stated, make sure you do about 15-25% weekly water changes or run a protein skimmer which should help out with cutting down your nitrates.
As far as running an anemone, it'll be a challenge for sure and most will advise against it either from personal experience or for more "humane" reasons. As has been stated, in ideal conditions, they can grow pretty big and when they split, they move around the tank. Water conditions must be pristine, lighting high, and generally speaking, should not even consider an anemone until your system has been stable for a couple months (some follow the 6 month rule)
Overall though, I would start with 1 clown and the cleaner, monitor it for a month and see what your bioload is like. Then if all is good, add the second clown. Good luck with your 10 gallon!
