I have recently picked up a 1000w MH fixture for very cheap and was wondering if it would be to strong for my soft corals... I mostly keep many colors of zooanthus and would like to set this light above a "pond" to further my propogation of them....
it will be sitting above and 8' diameter pool thats about 30" deep its some where around 750-800 gallons has a ton of live rock and about 5" sandbed right now there are power compacts above it but want to put those on my 180 and 110 reef
