100w ecotoxic cannon

As some of you know I'm up grading to a lager tank, a deep tank 42" to be exact. I just got my 100w cannon in the mail today. I am wondering if any of y'all have one? If so is it on a dimmer? Cause this thing is serious.. It's only for hitting the depth on the 42" for a few hours a day. The radions will do the rest. I'm just afraid of burning up corals.. Any help would be appreciated..

I have 2 - actinic and 1- 12 kelvin cannon 100 w lights in a 10 foot,1000 gallon tank with 41 inch of water. I slowly ramped up the time the cannons were on, from 3 hours to 12 hours. My cannons are moved back and forth across the tank during the 12 hour period of lighting. Are the radions lighting the bottom of the tank?

No th radions cannot penetrate that deep..I was gonna do 1 radion then the cannon then the radion...mine is a 12k cannon also
