i received my 1074 today. I am somewhat confused with the concept of how it works. There is a description but I can't make total sense of it without pictures.
Do I need to attach the pipe to the bottom of the box that runs deeper in the aquarium ? What is the purpose of this ?
If the water drops to level O which indicates 0 l/h, doesnt it still syphon water from the pipe below ?
I also received the new recirc pump 1073.04 that I will use for my return. Will I need to wind this power down as the overflow is rated at 900 l/h and the pump is 2,800 l/h ?
Finall question, the recirc pump has metal screws. Are these OK for saltwater use ?
