im getting UVL Indigo sun and UVL 454

got the bulbs today the indigo sun is like a purple pink color and the 454 is a nice blue color they look decent together! ill have pic in a little bit gotta charge the camera...

Tank looks good. I like the rock work. The birds nest looks good from the picture. What is the greenish thing on the right between the purple mushroom and the Zoa's? It looks very cool. The candy cane looks pretty cool on the sand, hard to tell form the pic but are they the neon green ones or the bluish ones?

yes is a neon green toadstool!!! anything in the tank that has green in it is so much brighter now!!!

the green thing is a discosoma neglecta (umbrella mushroom). with the other light the candy canes were baby blue now the are like florescent blue, they look really nice now!

I thought the toad stool was the up high one? I'm talking on the sand to the right of the big red shroom

ohhhh that is a duncan coral they are awesome and grow really fast if you feed them!!!

last night i found out that the indigo sun bulb isnt suppose to be pink, it is suppose to be a crisp white color. the bulb i had was a bad bulb and the gas leaked out of it.

i think the birdsnest is bleaching, can you tell me if it looks ok?

Jarred, the more I read, the more paranoid I am about coral warfare. In the 10 gallon I have only 2 mushrooms (and one sad looking ric)....have you notice any stinging with your shrooms against other corals? You have so many in there....

no because i keep most of my mushrooms on one side of the tank. do you run activated carbon? the carbon takes the chemicals out of the water before it has time to kill other corals

if it was bleaching and dieing you really wouldn't have polyp extension. Mushroom stinging??? what have you ever seen that has been stung by a mushroom?
