10gl Powerhead

what do you recommend for powerhead for a 10 gl, i assume that i flow will be an overkill. but i dont want any dead spots either

i use maxijet 400, it does a pretty good job, i have almost no dead spots. it is bulky tho, as you can see. you may want to go with a microjet

I haven't tried those particular powerheads but have heard good things about them. Having the ability to direct flow is a great option.

In any case you'd need two of them imo. Not only to provide adequate flow, but also to have redundancy in case one fails.

It depends on what your keeping but I would go with a couple Minijets. Compact so they won't take up alot of room but still produce enough flow.
