After redoing alot of plumbing because of leaks I have finally finished a 24 hour freshwater run and have no leaks. I need some suggestions on how to proceed. I have the rock sitting in a large rubber maid container already cured and new live sand waiting to go. I also have about 140 gallons of RO/DI water waiting to be used. Is the anything I need to do before proceeding with the sand and rock?

If you can't make the salt water in advance and need to do it in the tank, do this before adding your sand or rock and let it run 24 hours.
