I cant seem to keep candy canes and trumpets and acans they melt in about 3 weeks not sure what to do?

I have made bigger water changes I run fliter floss, chemi pure, cheato I at a loss right now.

ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 10 cant seem to get it down even doing greater water changes

Im now wondering if it is the filter floss Im running, I use the walmart stuff i used there morning glory stuffing when I first started out then I ran out and bought poly fill from walmart.

Yesterday I bought some morning glory stuffing again thinking maybe its the filter floss.

Anything else I should be checking?

My zoas and mushrooms and sun coral and plate coral and hammer coral are all doing well.

Im using rodi water from a mighty mite with 0 tds.

i also cannot keep candycanes
normally i would think its due to alkalinity, but you other corals that are doing well probe that wrong
check your pH swings at night
only other thing i could think is placement of the coral
pics would help

I took the acan to my daughters house today so it wouldn't melt anymore.

I will check my calcium and alk when I get home I do have 2 part bionic to boost them.

Shouldn't alk be at 8.0 and cal at 420 ?

Phos what is the best test kit to get how do I get rid of them?

What test kits do you like for cal and alk? I have some can't remember what ones they are?

What kind of lighting? Do they extend polyps when fed? Is there anything in the tank that could be eating them or stinging (aptasia, etc...)?
