first we thought it will fit the door but after checking the size of the wood under the tank we had to move the truck and put the aquarium down to cut some wood off..

Inspector Mo, You always want to check and inspect before you sign the paper... Look good and close ..

Mike cutting the piece so it fits the door.. I told him to keep it away from the tank.

Holy Cow Batman, that thing is going to be awesome!!! It never ceases to amaze me here on RC. I want to go from a 200 to a 650ish size tank, then wham someone drops a 1200+ on the table. If I were a fish, I would want to come and live in your store.

Bill

Keep the pics coming.

I supported the wheels so they can handle the stand on the top. I put piece of wook on the top.

What is wook?

checking the level all the around..and this in our case did not work and you will find out later on why it did not..

This is a great thread. I can't wait to see more pictures!!!

I'm curious, with foam that thick, won't the heavier sides of the tank compress the foam more than the lighter side; thus making the tank noticeably unleveled?

Fantastic thread, the tank is freakin Amazing!!

On a side note, I would get some further advice on the foam it does seem very thick.

Mo
That is awesome. Will the store be open by Labor Day? I want to shoot up there when I get back from Florida for the long weekend. Congrats

Is that tank really 120x60x36??

Yes it is 120"x60"x36"

I don't see any future problems with the foam as thick as that. The overflow is only 35lbs heavier than the opposite end. The sides and back are level with the bottom anyway.

I meant Wood :)
Ron thanks for your reply. Ron is the man who can answer about tank material. They have done a great job on it and can't wait for the final test when filling it.

I also don't see any problem with that thick foam. I have used that thick in big aquariums in the past.

Here are some more pictures
