Hey everyone its been a few days and the tank is still cirrculating and we are waiting for a few suppies to be shipped...dropped some fish( frozen) to rot and get the bacteria growing...Was expecting some pretty bad smells but the skimmer works well and it doesnt smell too bad Sorry about the picks forgot to take some, Will post updates as soon as I can

We have added hermits snails and a few other inverts with a pair of clarki clowns. They have so much room to swim but stay in one spot together hahaha

Hey here are some pics of the little guys in their new home....Feeding is a pain but all are eating and we have a few others in there as well.

The pics are oldish, and we have a new RO DI system and the lights now have 14 K bulbs so it doesnt look so yellow. All sand sifting and yellow gobies have dug there homes and our yellow tang is grazing nicely

But back to the Fish topic.....can anyone give any suggestions to great starting fish other than clowns?

I have a fish list for everyone:
3 diamond watchmen- 2 males and 1 female ( causes a few problems, but they are ok)
4 yellow gobies- 2 males and 2 females (two pairs)
2 Yellow tangs- One 6 inch and one 3 inch (both grazing)
3 foxface- all good size, 4-5 inches (1 magnificant, two yellows)
2 cardinal fish- dont do much but look nice(pajama and bangahi)
2 melenerous wrasses- a little territorial
1 blue/green chromis-the first fish and runs the tank hahaha jk
1 yellow tailed damsel- he is a nice size, lives in colt coral
1 X mas Wrasse- very energetic and beautiful color
1 niger trigger- favorite fish, about 6 inches (brought him from my home reef and he is very mellow)
2 clarki clowns- great personality

.....we have 1 test coral which is the colt coral and is full and looks healthy

UPDATE: We have now added some nice corals. Including a few colt corals, a couple of toadstools, a torch and a neon green sps!!!! all is doing well

All fish are happy and active

We are setting up the ocean mottion to boost the circulation!!!!! we are feeding it with a gold dart hammerhead pump.... it should be plenty of flow

hey everyone its been a while since I have posted but we added a few fish and corals and the ocean motions pplumbing is just about done...Tank just needs time to settle and let that bacteria grow

Hey the thread was going to die due to time issues but the tank is looking really good and thought thart you guys would like to see some progress so I am taking pictures now ad will upload shortly.

We have added some nice sized nasos, 2 orange shoulder tang, and a wonderful chevron tang. We also added my favorite little guy, a cleaner wrasse which eats frozen food so he should be around for a while.
