Yes, yes wpg sucks. Consider it thread marketing. The real question is I am looking for acro that would enjoy the bottom half of the tank. The tank is 29" deep and I have 3x400 20K XMs over it. My photo period is also 7 hours a day and the light are 8" off the water. It's bright.

Any suggestions on colorful stuff that would enjoy the bottom half of my tank?

My my green and purple M. danae. has already voted with its growth it is halfway down the tank and and the top is bleached and the bottom is growing prettier and faster down rock than I have ever seen.

Eflo, Simplex, Elegens, Lokani, Bonsaii, Speciosa, Pichoni. These are all corals I have had grown under low light and are outstanding.

I know bonsaii. Eflo is the plating style. Lokani is a "deepwater " looking acro if I remember correctily. I've heard of elegens but simplex, speciosa, and pichoni are new to me.

Do you have any pics or links?

Most of the Thick Branched Bali Aquacultured stuff will do okay.... the ones Jax listed would be good choices... Dont forget montipora's too..

I have a couple of millepora that are doing great 24" down and 3 400se 12k Reeflux in LAIII 8" off the surface. Also a deepwater table and a pocillipora have nice saturated color. My bonsaii looks better after I moved it halfway up. I almost lost it on the bottom half of the tank.

IMO 400w 20k's can definately look a little dim at the bottom of the tank if it's deep and has alot of coral growing in the upper portions. I think A. Lokani, Caroliniana, Maryae, and Surashohini(somethin like that) would all be good lower light choices.
