125 AGA setup help

Hello,

I have a 125g AGA RR with standard overflows (corners) cycling.

This will be a mixed reef...mostly SPS I believe though

I was looking at the Tunze Streams for flow options. I need suggestions to provide enough flow for SPS yet not too much so that the random LPS and softies dont get irritated.

Right now - I have just the returns from the overflow on a Mag 24.

Live rock - about 100 lbs of Marshall Island and 100lbs of Fiji.

I was also planning on a closed loop system to create flow behind my LRs to prevent detritus buildup/deadzones. Is this still necessary with TUnze? Or would a couple Maxijets be better behind the rocks?

Finally - with the Tunze, do I need additional flow creating options?

Two 6000's should do the job and I don't think you will need anything else unless your rock is stacked improperly- too dense of a strcuture. I think you could also replace the Mag 24 with a more energy efficient pump that produces far less heat.
