14 year old's tank

Yeah my dad helps. Alot of work, and I have alot of homework every night. I finish with homework at 9-10PM so I have like 1 hour after that to take care of it. About 2 weeks I re-aquascaped and I was doing till 4:30 AM. Im a night reefer.
 
Very nice. Now all I need to do is find a free LFS. To do all that with homework and school, all i'll say is that I wouldn't have been able.
 
tank is too cool man. im 24, started keeping fish in high school but didnt think i could keep saltwater. wish now i had tried would have allot more experience now. great tank i hope to someday own my own house and fill it with water, fish, and corals.
 
great setup im 15 now i started when i was 14 with a 20 now im working on adding a 20gal sump and a possable seahorse tank

every time i bring up a new tank my parents tell me to go get a job at the lfs beacouse im there every other day (they think im crazzy)

I'm glad to see that all this has happened to such a nice person (possibly the fact that you're a great kid has something to do with being so 'lucky'). I see obnoxious teenagers (and adults for that matter) every day that take advantage of everything around them and act as though they're owed something -- it's not often these days I see a 14 year old that's thankful to one of their teachers and so involved in a hobby. Don't forget to hug your dad tonight; he seems like a wonderfully supportive parent. Nice going all around, you've got a beautiful tank.

I STARTED A NEW 20 GALLON IN MY ROOM!!!!!!!!! Its gonna be a softie only with some small fish.

wow patrick your tank is awsome i have heard from you about it bt i didnt know it was this nice as you know im 14 but i only have small tanks sooner or later ill save up for a 30 gallon cube (unless my moms boss gives me a 175 gal and i get every thing for free) and im making it all or about 80% sps! well congrats on the tank and please keep me updated
 
Wow, thats really cool man! I am 12 years-old and I started my 75 gallon a year ago in fith grade. It's doing awesome. It's a lot like your tank with about 50% sps corals. I really like your green long tentacle anemone. What kind of lighting do you have? It's cool to see other young reefers.
 
Awsome. I'm 15 and can't even get my 20g tank up yet thats been in the works since the summer. Parents aren't the best at supporting. Have to do it all by myself. I hope I can match up to you one day.

Is there a Reef Central Marine Biology scholarship cause I know a few kids who might be interested. Awesome tanks!!!
