150w or 250w HQI over 28" x 22" x 18" tank?

Would you recommend a 150watt HQI or 250watt HQI over a tank that's about 28" x 22" x 18" where the corals will be within a 24" x 18" area in the middle of the tank?

I like my current setup with a 55watt actinic PC and a 14K Astralux 70watt hqi in terms of color, what would be equivalent in color in terms of a single HQI bulb? 20K? Phoenix 14K?

I'd go with the 250 Phoenix d/e bulb and SLS reflector w/blue wave ballast.

250 if you get the 150's youl just have to buy twice.

250's going to be way too bright no? I mean sure, it's never too bright, but I was going to put a 250 over a 98 gallon tank for SPS.

18" depth? I think the 150 wouldn't be bright enough for that.

250 would work, but you might have to keep the light up just a little, but that would give you better spread anyway. I use 250 on a 22" deep tank.
