I am planning to set up a 72 X 18 X 29 tank. It will be mixed tank with an anemone, majority SPS and a few LPS/ softies. What type of stream / controller would you recommend?

Streams are not anemone safe, just keep that in mind. If the anemone wanders it is in danger. Also long polyped LPS like frogspawn and the like don't really like the Stream flow. I would lean toward two 6000 Streams and a 7095 if you have your heart set on streams, just keep my cautions in mind. The 7400/2 are a safer alternative but may not be the ideal flow for some SPS.
