"15G and under" Februrary nTOTM

As many of you know I currently have my 10 gallon nano entered in a contest on nano-reef.com. Someone saw my nano on there and suggested I enter this months nTOTM on reefcentral. Although calvin415's tank is unique but I don't think it is very practical and pleasing as a wall art, anyhow isn't his tank over the 15g-and-under requirement?

I thought nano tank by definition should be 10g and less.
