165Gl to 1000Gl system upgrade (Long project)

Just got done with most of the plumbing
Only need to re-install the 185 gallon (700 Ltr)storage/water change tank in there

The manifold for up to 3 reactors.

through the second wall
ready to get connected to the tank if ready

almost finished the plumbing of the storage/water change tank.
Have it put so it can be online or offline. The overflow of the seahorse tank can flow through this system to increase the overall volume of the system with 180 gallon (700Ltr) or it can flow straight into the sump with a flick of a tap.
Like this I can bypass this tank have it run empty and add 180 Gallon of fresh ocean water as a water change and put it back online.
Only thing I need to add is a circulation pump so we have great water movement in the tank to prevent stagnant water in the tank.
Not sure yet which pump I will connect on the bottom side as I wanted to add a Reeflow Blowhole pump but they do not seem fitted with the required 220V for here in Thailand.

Also finalized the other bits a bit
Added the 3 filter socks ready to go and added the 3 reactors

Hope the screen is rough enough

Today they started also on the more improved cement stand.
The top will become a solid concrete 1 1/2" table top with the holes provided with PVC piping.
The casing has been finalized and concrete will be poured tomorrow.

Hi Dick, it's been a long time since I checked in on your build. I am having trouble seeing how you will change those filter socks, it looks like the pipes go down into them fromthe camera angle. Also part of that post was not in english, any chance of getting it translated??

Good to see you back

Sorry about that it is actually the Dutch translation of what is written on the top in English.

as for the filter-socks the last 90 on the incoming PVC can be removed so the pipe entering the filter-socks comes out so sock comes out easily.
will post a picture of it tomorrow

Muttley here the picture as promised with the last 90 degree PVC removed so the filter-socks become accessible to remove.
Hope this makes sense now?

also installed the lighting on top of the Refugium today
4 x 36W daylight T5 (6500K) Should be good for Macro Algae right or you guys recommend another color?

also had the second layer of concrete on the top. Now let it dry for about 3 days to have one more very thin final layer over it to make nice and smooth.

also worked on my UAS today.
Changed the background to white as it would reflect more light to the back side of the screen.
Installed the first LEDs on it and tried them out today
looks great even I say so myself lol.

went to play softball today in Bkk (games were canceled after all) and when I got back home my tank was installed.
If I would have known the game was canceled I would have stayed home to get you guys some pictures of the actual build.
Tank builder had come buy and finalized the stand and the tank. He will be coming back tomorrow to add the rims and add silicone on the inside of the seems.
