180 gallon SPS reef

Thanks I’m finally happy with how the rockwork looks. I love the depth as well Xenon. I only wish I could have gone wider, like 7 or 8 feet. Ohh well next upgrade!:D Believe it or not I’m already planning my next tank.

Well my wife and me decided to sell the house and buy something a little bigger, so I have no choice but to upgrde:D. The only item in my setup I’m going to be changing is the display tank and my CA reactor.(reactor already bought). I’m finally going to go with the monster I always wanted, 120X48X24(600gallons) OHHH YEAH!!!!:dance:
 
So you just got all of this done, and you are now moving? I'm not going to lie, that kind of sucks. You put all that work into this tank, and now you have to leave it behind.
 
Thanks everyone! I’m actually quite happy with the system know that it’s done. I would however do a few things different if(when) I where to start over. Fist thing being my closed loop, I wish I had just gone with Vortex. It would have cost me a bit more but it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Second my overflows. I should have gone with the coast-to-coast. Last I wish I had gone bigger!! :D

Brandan, I’m actually happy to be able to start over. I get to fix the mistakes I made this time around and go BIGGER of course. Even with all the thought I put into this system, I still made mistakes. If I eliminate the mistakes I made the next time around my tank is going to be perfect!
