180 sump...40 breeder or 75?

starting my new tank....a perfecto 180 with dual corner overflow I have a 40 breeder for a frag tank that I will plump into my 180 setup. I am setting up a simple sump (overflow/return/refugium)
at the moment I am dosing kalk but will be getting a calcium reactor. think thats enough info to help me decide...with the 40 I will have room for the calcium reactor and a power panel I am configuring. with the 75 i will have more volume in the sump...bigger refugium/cheato ect....Thanks

Will the sump be under the tank or somewhere else?

i would say the what ever you can afford ratehr it be space or money.... the extra water volumn will help with the levels in your tank.
