What is behind the aquarium is getting more impressive by the day.

My 19yo and I have been following the tank and the back yard...Thanks.. we could only zoom in so much.

Thanks guys! Here are some updated pics after another late night of plumbing.

Close up of the newly configured drain plumbing and skimmer drain added as well.

Here is a pic of the skimmer on its new platform. I added the platform to get the drain of the skimmer above the sump to allow for easier and cleaner plumbing.

I added the risers on the two inch drain lines from the display to keep flushing to a minimum. This aquarium is quieter than some 200 gallon systems we run.

I decided to crack open the skimmer and double check a bulkhead. This is what I saw. 18 inch bubble plate.

Upon inspection I found a cracked bulkhead nut. Good thing I keep extras handy!

Awesome build! These don't happen everyday, awesome opportunity to be a part of it, and get it on the ol' resume.

I hope that you will be maintaining the project also, so we can continue to watch it grow. Is there a clear livestock and coral inventory worked out yet?

wow! this plumbing looks exceptional. What type of paint did you use in the filter room?

The sohal tang gave me this little present while I was trying to relocate him to a larger aquarium. He is about 10 inches long and his scalpel is about an inch long. That hurt worse then when I was hit by a lion fish.
