Found these pics on my computer, so I thought I'd share. This was in our previous home.

This 240g was a mixed reef, ran for about 7 years. It was a room divider between the family room and office.

Nick, there are different views on flow, and gyre is one of them. I did not know you where running a gyre system.

Personally, I think flow is personal preference, and I prefer random, chaotic flow

hey tbone - so sorry to hear bout the pests. i'm sure you'll kick their $##!

having had them in my last tank, i'm so paranoid now that i'm going to get all my SPS from a single source and just kick back for a few years and watch it grow. i'm less interested in having a huge variety and more interested in have huge colonies (some day).

i've been using a turkey baster for AEFW, but RB are too small, right? Fish can't see them, so they won't eat them

My HD didnt have that spaflex piping today! They did have 1.5" piping for like $4 for a 10' piece though. This is going to be a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I can get away with this for under $50 I think!

Joe - the piping isn't that expensive. It's the connectors that get you!
