Thanks, Bart. I'm actually do pretty much as you've suggested. I don't plan to fish out the 2 affected tangs. I'm feeding heavy, and soaking every evening meal in selcon, zoe, and garlic.

I'm feeding in the morning before work, when I get back from work, and again during the evening.

Nori is placed before work. After work, the nori is replaced as soon as the previous sheet is finished. They can go through 3-4 sheets between dinner and bedtime.

I'm doing 10% water changes every other day.

even when i rip my entire tank apart last year trying to catch the fishes. this was the biggest mistake as it stress a lot of my little fishes and only the hardy red sea fishes made it out alive. thats why i am so afraid of adding any new addition since the PBT is so aggressive. he is worst then sohal IMO. i had a fish order came in the other day and place the copperband in my display and guess what the PBT came and harass him where he could even swim anymore, finally after 2 days he let up. i think 10% every other day might be too much as your corals are used dirty water :D. they will become sumo fighters with that much nori everyday

my tangs are not even scared of my hand anymore. As soon as I put my hand in the tank, they know i'm replacing the Nori. They swim circles around my hand.

As they start eating it, I'll touch the Sohal. He doesn't even care! He's too busy eating that nori.

I agree that chasing around the fish will stress them out. I'm not about to take out all my rock just to catch the fish.

thats one thing i loved about this hobby as the fishes will become very well trained pets and hand feeding is the best thing i like ;).

In my last 240g peninsula, my tangs could see me from across the room. When I opened the freezer door, they all grouped together and stared at me from across the room! :D If I opened the refrigerator door, they know I'm messing with them :p

Then, as I start walking toward the tank with food, they will follow me around all 3 sides of the tank, cuz they know I feed them on the opposite side. Very cool! :)

LOL i cant help it, they are always begging for nori when i walk up. main tank gets 3 meals daily and my wife help me feed QT 8 times daily. tangs are like dolphin, you get to pet them when they're full :D

My miniatus likes to be hand fed. :D She'll spit water at you if you ignore her.

the miniatus is one of those fish i love very much but never imagine owning. how do you like your mike they seem really cool.

Miniatus groupers are one of my favorite fish. I've had her for 4 years and the bigger she gets, the more aggressive she's getting. I had to seperate her from my Clown grouper, because she surpassed him in size and was getting a bit mean towards him. I had a Miniatus before this one that lived with the clown grouper peacefully for 6 years.

150g Rubbermaid bin. :)

I've been contemplating getting another tank for her, but I really need a CaRx.

CArx would be a nice add on to my tank, i have been thinking of a 3 part dosing pump to dose my Zeostart2 and 2 part additives.

I filled my tank with water yesterday and Damn...... :):)

the curator at the college's museum could not get over how well James made my tank.

Museum quality she called it, and she was really impressed.:D
