1840 Mg--Concerning?

Tank is running well right now as far as I can tell. All corals are opening up and nems look healthy as well as all my fish.

Current stats:

Ca 440
dKh 12
Phos 0(undetectable)
Nitrate 0(undetectable)
Mg 1840
Salinity 1.025
pH 8.2

Not sure if I should be concerned about the high Mg but it just always stays high no matter what I do. I have never been able to get a lower than 1800 reading on Mg since I started the tank 8 months ago.

My RODI is coming out at 0 on the tds meter.

Is there something that could be causing the Mg to stay elevated like that? I have done 16 water changes of 10% each time for the last 8 months and still get these high readings.

Thanks much

I haven't...

You probably should. Test kits can be inaccurate. Bad batch, expired etc. If you bought another, salifert makes a good one or just take it to your LFS for them to check it. Who knows maybe your mag is fine.
I like red sea but all test kits can have a bad batch.
