I've got 2 anemones fighting for the same spot in the tank. They were on opposite sides of the tank and have been for awhile. But this morning I get up and find the one has move across the tank, over night, onto the same rock as the other. A couple hours later it looks like he is taking over the anemone who was first on the rock. His tentacles have no fluid in them whatsoever. The one is looking pretty lifeless.
This is also the same rock that my clown fish's anemone sits on and since the above has happened he looks terrible. His tentacles aren't extended at all. I feel bad watching the clown desperately trying to hide in him.
Is there anything I should do, or is it just survival of the fittest??
