i think bristle worms in our tank ate 2 snails, we removed

If bristle worms ate your snails, the snails were probably already dead or dying. What size bristle worms do you have? Most bristle worms are beneficial. If you think you have too many cut back on feeding.

i've personally witnessed fireworms grazing on society polyp mats at the jetty, they look just about identical to bristleworms and are definately not reef safe
