2 inch diamond hole saw

I thought the Club (WTMRAC) owned a set. (??)

Are you a member? If so, contact Richard at MemFish.

If not, contact crpeck.

You are going to need a 3" hole saw for a 2" bulkhead if you are using a standard schedule 40 bulkhead. You will need a larger one if you use a schedule 80 bulkhead.

Barrett had the hole saw last time I heard!!

Me too. Barrett? You still have some club tools involving acrylic work?

Ah, diamonds are Forever.... and Glass.

(A regular hole saw, rotating counter clockwise against the teeth, will work on acrylic - it's a Heat...thing)

I bought one off of glassholes for cheap (around $10 I think) And if I understand right they start to wear out the more they are used.
