2 large rocks for sale/trade

These rocks used to have an algae problem. They were cooked then recured for 2 months with new rock I bought from Drs. F&S. They look like base rock now- no algae, no coraline, but presumably good bacteria from the F&S rock. These two are way too big for my 20g tank, but are interesting shapes and might be good for something like a 40 or 50g tank.

If you're interested and can pick up in Ithaca, lmk. I will take pictures and weigh them later. I would be willing to work them out on trade, or $2/lb, whatever is best for the buyer.

I didn't get to weighing them last night, so sorry. I'm interested, sedo, I love caps and need the chaeto, too. Can we do a small frag of the purple & the orange caps, and also one of the green slimer along with some chaeto for both rocks? I can't take frags of less than 1" since all of my experience with them that small has been bad. If this sounds OK, is Sunday good for you?

Sedo, is there a shop up that way called Tropical Fish Emporium? I've been trying to check it out, and this Sunday i think i'll be able to get out that way.

there is, but in good conscience I can't suggest you go there. no coral selection and what they have is terribly overpriced. they have fish but are overpriced as well. they should really put ALOT of money into renovating the building they are in. I'd hit tim up at abc reef in syracuse. nice guy with a great store.

Sedo - Thats what i've heard. My friend did however grab a mated pair of onyx percs from there for $70. I thought that was a pretty good deal. I'm really just going to my parents in Dresden for the day, so I figured it would be somewhere close. I've been up to ABC, and can't wait to get back there!

nice if they were mated. they have everything on a clipboard pricewise and nothing on the tanks. they've even had to go find the manager to get prices on some corals. just not a good place to shop

O nice Neoz! I love that store. I have a 3" Angler that I've been wanting to take up there for some trade in, but I'm not quite sure what they would give me for it. Have you been to ARC in Buffalo yet? That is another awesome store
