2 MP40s - Reefcrest - Sync or Anti Sync?

I have a 75G SPS tank (36x24x20) with one MP40 and one Tunze. I am replacing the Tunze with another MP40 and I plan to run the two MP40s in Reefcrest mode. My question is - should I run Sync or Anti Sync?

I like more random flow. Try Reef-Crest and Lagoon or Reef-Crest and Tidal Swell.

Do you mean one head on Reefcrest and one on Lagoon, both running this way at the same time? Thanks.

I have mine reef crest anti sync. All of my sps seem happy and pe is amazing

I use Lagoon Anti-Sync. Reef Crest spends too much time at low flow.

I dont have mine synced or anti synced. I manually change the mode of each one 2-3 times a week. Reef Crest, Lagoon, Long Pulse, Short Pulse, Nutrient etc.. I switch them back and forth from each pump and make it totally random. This way there is no way anything is settling and absolutely no dead spots in the tank for detritus to build up. Play with all the settings. Thats the beauty of MP40's in my opinion.

agreed with lagoon if you are running this mode- I usw a wxm via apex so it changes after each cycle and goes thru lagoon anti, nte, lagoon sync, tidal swell, then repeats
