is the second one a smasher or a spearer? i cant tell from the photos.
i think it could be a n. wennerae - it dosnt look to be "carrying" itself like a spearer.

The first one is O. havanensis. The second is a N. wennerae that has lost both raptorial appendages.

What should i feed the Wennerae who has lost both appendages, since he is soo tiny and has no appendages?

The other maxillipeds and mandibles are quite functional and can rip up soft food. I would use frozen mysids, adult brine shirmp, small bits of frozen shrmp, etc. At this size, if it gets enough to eat, it should molt three times and regenerate the rapts in 4 months or so.
