2 pairs in the same tank?

Can I keep a pair of red sea twostripe clowns (bicinctus) , and a pair of true perculas in a 55g ? Is it possible for them to live in peace?

Might work in the short term, but the odds are against it working in the long term. When one of the pairs starts to spawn they will not take too kindly to the other pair being in their tank.

I personally would advise against attempting it.

In my opinion that is way to small of a tank.mice had two pairs of clowns in a 150gal. They were both being hosted by their own nem, and were oposit ends of the tank.
