I have 2 potters angels in my 180g.
I have had the bigger one for 2 months and the smaller one 6 weeks, I think.
I think the larger is a male.
What about the smaller one? It had more orange when it arrived.

It's hard to get a good fish pic, but here is one showing both.
The bigger one is on the left.

You have them right in my book. The smaller one will prob lose more blue over time and morph into a female if it has not started already.

Thanks Keith.
But it seems the smaller has more blue now.

I didn't know these changed sexes.

Yes normally the dominant one(larger in most cases) will change to male if a female or if already a male will stay male and the smaller one will change to female. It almost looks like both were males but you will see over time the smaller one will lose alot of the blue on its side.

Males are generally larger and exhibit more color. Male Potters specifically have larger but fewer dorsal spines then females.
