2 week old nano stream gave out

I have been running a 6025 nano stream in my biocube for only about 2 weeks, as the title says. It has already completely given out!

I noticed the problem because of some nasty grinding noise coming from the unit. It still seems to be pushing water, but not like it is supposed to. So i took it out and opened it up. From what I can tell there is supposed to be a metal rod coming out of the back of the drive unit, onto which the impeller slides. On my unit this metal rod seems to have sheared off! This leaves the impeller loose and grinding away.

I can not find a # in the manual for warranty support. Can anybody give it to me?

There have been extensive posts on this, some of the first Nano Streams had defects that result in early failure. I will replace your pump. Send me a PM with your address and we will take it from there.
