2 x Tunze's and Multicontroller

I have a quesiton I have 2 TUnze 6000s on a 7095 multicontroller. I notice that at the bottom there are lights that should say what is attached to the controller.

Even though I have 1 stream attached to port 1 and 1 attached to port 3 the port 2 light is always lit as is the port 1 light.... Should this be happening?

Also the port 3 light sometimes goes out (as if there is nothing attached).... why is that?

What program are you using? Yes, 1 and 2 should be on and then 3 and 4 in a Interval mode 1. In Interval 2 or Pulse all 4 should be on. In Sequence they should come on sequentially, make sure the cables are firmly attached.
