20 to 40 switch

Hey, i've had my 20 gallon for about 2-3 months now and i am switchin it to a 40 and i was wondering if i could just put everything into the new tank without having to worry about a new cycle.

Yea, you should be ok.

you might stir up **** in the sandbed which could cause problems i would add the sand and rock to the new tank then wait a day before adding fish and corals too make sure you dont have die off

ok sounds good, just wanted to make sure before i killed everything, and also, when i am adding new rock can i just do it one or two pieces at a time and be okay?

It probably won't, but it might cycle.

If you are going to add rock, I would wait at least a month before adding the additional rock. At least that's what I'd do.

is the new rock going to be cured? keep it in water the whole time and u wont have any problems
