2009 ETRC Meeting Schedule

I won't do a summer meeting. March is my traditional time but the fall will work as well. However, they're taken and Nov/Dec aren't good times in general, so it may have to be next March.

July will be crazy because of summer school for me... August Ashley will be working 3 jobs and we might be up in IL... We'll see though... If all else fails, I'll hold November for sure...

Actually sadly, they don't put their stuff out until Halloween day.

It's incredibly disappointing. I am always too busy with my own preparations.

I have however thought of taking that day off to go help them work on it so that I at least get to see some of it.

our place is always open if we need a place...tho i think people are probably sick of looking at my empty tank...especially since we're so far out (at least we're not in GA like janie!...haha)

tho...after the swap it may be a totally different tank? just an option...

I don't understand why people do that. I understand that if you want it to be like a surprise or something, but you've spent all that work and money on all that stuff, only to put it out one night. Not to mention the fact that it ALL gets put out in one day. Sheesh. Did I make any mistakes this time melly?

If we hosted a meeting, it would have to be a Bring Your Own Chair event - we don't have much in the way of seating in our little apartment. It's probably best to wait until after January when we move.

I think it's nuts too...to put your decorations out for only one day. I can see how they might be afraid of vandalism but they put out so much stuff that they start getting it outside at like dusk the night before then work all through the night.

At least that's how I remember them telling me. You should ask her about it on the halloween forum. Her nick is something like Cassie6. Her avatar is that weird girl from The Grudge, I think.
