200G Inwall Fishroom Build

So I decided to go with the ceiling tiles in the room. They are 2x2 tiles that are designed to deter moisture and mold. Also the grid is a zero clearance vinyl material called CeilingMax. The system allows for the tiles to be removed if needed to get access above it.
This room has allot of electrical running through it for my backyard, pool and air conditioner as well as the plumbing for the kitchen above. I considered a drywall ceiling but I know I'll need to get access at some time and would have to rip it down.

Still have an exhaust fan to install this weekend. Anyone have any plans on how to control the fan with a humidistat?
Also James sent a few more pics of the tank build. Just have to put on the bottom let it cure and the finishing work starts.

enemec1- I am still waiting to see if my co-worker can get me this humidity sensing fan made by Broan.
Humidity Sensing Fan
You can adjust the humidity threshold and the time it runs when it reaches that humidity level. It does it automatically within the unit. No extra wiring needed.

Latest progress.
Got the room primed and painted, also the ceiling is done.
Just installed the wood panel on the wall where all the electrical equipment will be located. I have an Aquatronica system with two power bars that will control everything in the room.
Still trying to get the Broan fan but in no hurry since there is a big snow drift outside where the vent is going to go. Can't wait till all the white stuff melts. The fan will go in the tile to the right of the light in the pic.
I plan on pulling two or three 15 amp circuits to the room. I might add one more box.
Stone Effect floor going in tommorrow. So what do you think about the colour?

The color look really good, specially because you are combining it with white. Everything will look clean and sharp. That's what I want to do in my next house. A fish room that resembles a lab more than anything else.

The Rustoleum Stone Affect floor is done. The pictures don't do it justice. This stuff is very easy to put down and is mostly used for outdoor applications.
Even under the stand I used it to create a waterproof pan.
The entire floor is basically waterproof and sloped to the drain under the wall.
This weekend I'll be building the stand for the sump and frag tank.
Was able to buy the Broan humidity sensing fan off of ebay for $170 plus shipping. Will post pics of it when I get it.
Any suggestions for a calcium reactor for about 400 gallons of water and ultimately a heavily stocked 180?

I received my Reeflo 250 about two weeks ago. Its awesome! I couldn't be happier with it and its not totally broke in yet. I'm running it on a system with 350 gallons including sump and frag tank. Yes, the reeflo 250 would handle your tank no problem at all ... ! I've had one on my 265g/400g system ... and it worked like a charm. best color i've ever had in my corals.
As for calcium reactor? I'd look into the Schurans ... the Schuran JetStream 1 would be sufficient ... they are rated for up to 800g i think.

I'm seriously considering the Reeflo 250 or the Bubble King Supermarine 250. One is external and the other is internal.
Is there any advantage/disadvantage to an external skimmer compared to an internal skimmer.
Or which would you choose between the two?

Depending on the skimmer, but I also think that they are more efficient if the are external. Back pressure can affect the skimmer's performance.

Well after visiting my local reef store ORG (Oakville Reef Gallery) After a lot of hemming and hawing, I decided to go with the BK Supermarine 250 internal skimmer. Thanks Flavio for all your help.
It was a toss up between a BK Deluxe 250 external and the Supermarine. The Deluxe was very impressive looking but I decided I have a huge sump for my setup as well as I have limited space in the fishroom for an external skimmer. Plus it was more money and I'd probably get the same performance.
I figured I couldn't go wrong with either one but decided to save the money and space.
Here's a pic, it's much bigger than my ER RS180.
I also noticed that the supermarine has a RD 2000 pump and the Deluxe 250 has a RD 1500 pump. The 2000 pulls more air and water.
Working on setting up the sump this weekend so we'll see how it all fits.
