200g return pump question

I am starting to gather equiptment for a 200g tank that i just got a great deal on, i am looking for a good return pump, that will give emough flow. i am interested in setting it up as a fish only tank, and i am not sure what brands are good, or what flow rate i should be looking for. Also, i need to get some stan pipes too, if you have a diy idea, or know where i can get some pipes that will accomidate the flow required that would be great. The tank is only 5ft long, and is drilled, with a quite small overflow area, so i will only be able to put two pipes in, one for the drain, and one for the return. Please help!!!
