2011 Annual Fall Frag Swap
Date :Saturday, November 5, 2011
Time: Check In – 11:00 am Swap – 12:30 pm
Location: 2719 K Street Sacramento, CA 95816

All participants in the swap must be a member of MARS or another
reef/fish club and bring 3 qualifying frags

Fees: $12 ADVANCE PURCHASE (includes entrance, snack/beverage bar, and frag swap)
$20 AT THE DOOR (includes entrance, snack/beverage bar, and frag swap)
$7 AT THE DOOR for SPECTATORS (includes entrance and snack/beverage bar)
$25 MARS Annual Membership – Required if not a member of a Reef/Fish Club. Just give us your Handle.
Children (10 and under) FREE when accompanied by a paid adult
Children swapping must pay full price

Advance Tickets may be purchased through Wednesday, November 2nd.

Kind of new at this but was wondering if it is just a swap where people trade frags or can you buy coral as wells I have only been in this hobby about 8 months thanks

A swap is all about getting together and trading frags and making new friends.

My understanding is that the bonus round is to be simpler this year. If that is the case, can you explain the Tier 1 and Tier 2 designations? How will this work? I didn't attend last year so I'm in the dark. Thanks!

All the more reason for you to get there! Visit a LFS or a fellow reefer and pick up 3 to bring... you'll turn those 3 into MANY more. Plus make new friends who share this addicting hobby. Seriously, I couldn't believe the number and quality of the frags I brought home from my first swap.

I have no idea. Not much to frag in my DT atm. I have a couple setosa frags and one duncan frag. Everyone most likely has everything I have and I'm still in the process of stocking my tank.

No hardware frags only. We have a scrap swap that we host once a year for that. The price depends on kany of them are swapping and what the ages are. If they are swapping its $12.00 each. If they are not swapping the tickets are cheaper. It's $7.00 for spectators and under 10 are free with an adult. So.its down to that. Spectators pay at the door. Hope to see you there.

Any frags will do, Setosa,duncans SPS ,LPS zoas and softies. just make sure thy are in sealed containers no bags. labeled with the type ,care lighting and your info.

Important -- The hall was just condemned today. I have a solid lead on a new location that I can pass on, but I have not rented from them before so someone will need to go talk to them and see if we could hold the swap there instead.
