It's getting to be that time of the year again and we are happy to announce that the INDMAS Frag Swap will be taking place March 28th, 2015 in Indianapolis, IN!
Over the years this has turned into one of the biggest and best swaps in the entire Midwest. Indianapolis is an easy and convenient drive from major metropolitan areas such as Cincinnati, Louisville, Nashville, Lexington, St. Louis, Chicago, Lansing, Ft. Wayne, Columbus, and many other areas around the midwest. This is an event you do not want to miss as the vendor and hobbyist offerings are some of the best you will find outside of shows such as MACNA, Reefapalooza, and MAX. In addition to this our raffle has become known to be one of the biggest and best throughout the US!
Admission is free for all INDMAS members, and $5 for non-members. Non-reefing spouse/children will not be charged for admission.
There are 18 spots available for hobbyist that would like to set up a tank. Each spot is 1/2 of a 6-foot table and the cost is $10 for members, $15 for non-members (includes admission). You can reserve your table by paying for it on PayPal to treasurer@indmas.org. It's first come first serve, please include screenname when you make your payment. Please note that electrical usage is limited to one heater, one powerhead, and one light for hobbyist tables.
Vendors interested in attending the event or sponsors wishing to donate items please contact our Club Treasurer Amanda at treasurer@indmas.org for more detailed information. Please include top spots your interested in and first to secure with reservation payment will get first pick. Spots will include a 6 foot table in the front as well as the back and will be an 8'X10' area with two seats.
As vendors and hobbyists begin to sign up we will update the thread with the floor layout and spots that are still available.
