I've been running the xm 20k 400 watt bulbs for about a month now. I have to say I really like them. I have a couple t-5's I still run to simulate sunrise / sunset since it's less intense. If I had run the 20k from the beginning idk if I wouldve bought the t-5's. But none the less they look cool. So far I have noticed a difference in my colors for the better but it is taking a litttle bit.
