210 RR FT W. 75 sump oak standMH and VHO

I have a 210 Reef Ready for trade preferably or will sell, but it also has a 75 gallon sump with and oak stand and Metal Halide and VHO lighting. I can trade this for something around a 125, I need to go smaller because we cant fit it down the stairs into the basement even when we took out some dry wall. I will sell it for around $1500, please I am willing to negotiate.
