220 Build

Hey guys. So I ordered a 220 (72 x 24 x 30) from my LFS and I am excited to get this build going! Right now I have a 54g FOWLR so I'm gonna be converting to reef I think. I only have four fish right now so I have to see how they get along with some test corals before I really dive in. Gonna get some cheap chinese LEDs from ebay and re-use my skimmer and my bio pellet reactor (oversized for current tank). Honestly, I hate doing water changes and I have heard good things about sulfer denitrification. Has anyone here had success with it in a big tank? Will post pictures as the equipment comes rolling in.

most reefs will still do water changes to replace used elements and remove those in excess. Reef water chemistry is very important.

I didn't mean not do them ever. I just meant doing them less often.

could also get an auto water change that does a few percent daily but im sure they are pricey.
