Roger:been out of the hobby for a few years.What do recommend for good circulation in my 220.Will be a aggressive spieces tank.Thanks

6085's, but you need to be careful with the pumps if you will have triggers or puffers. I would thread the cords through a conduit for sure but these fish tend to like to chew on the pumps, even disregarding the cord, it is best to shelter the pumps in some way.

Thanks Roger.What placement would you suggest so that the flow is not to strong or can these pumps be controlled?

6085 cannot be controlled but for a 220 I wouldn't imagine these would be too much flow. I would place each in in the back corners aimed to hit the front about 2/3rds of the way across the tank.
